From points North:

Follow Hopmeadow St. (Rte. 10) South to Rte. 167 (West St.) in the center of Simsbury. Turn right onto West St. Continue past Simsbury High School, where the road becomes Farms Village Rd. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Old Farms Rd.

Follow Old Farms Rd. past the entrance to Simsbury Farms Golf Course. The church entrance (#124 Old Farms Rd.) is on your right, just past the golf course on the other side of Hop Brook Rd.

From points South:

Follow Rte. 10 North to Rte. 44. Turn left on Rte. 44 (heading West) and continue for about 1 mile, until you see Rte. 10 North pick up again. Follow Rte. 10 North into Simsbury. When you pass the intersection with Rte. 185 (Pettibone's Tavern on the corner), continue to the second traffic light. Turn left at this light onto Stratton Brook Rd. Follow Stratton Brook Rd. to the second traffic light (several miles up). Continue straight ahead where the road now becomes Old Farms Rd.

Follow Rte. 44 (heading East) until the intersection with Rte. 167 (Bushy Hill Rd.). Turn left (North) and follow Bushy Hill Rd. until the end (several miles). At the intersection with Farms Village Rd. (Rte. 309), turn left. Continue past Simsbury High School. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Old Farms Rd.

Follow Rte. 185 (Simsbury Rd.) through Bloomfield and over the mountain into Simsbury. At the intersection with Rte. 10 (Pettibone's Tavern on the corner), turn right and continue to the second traffic light. Turn left at this light onto Stratton Brook Rd. Follow Stratton Brook Rd. to the second traffic light (several miles up). Continue straight ahead where the road now becomes Old Farms Rd.
